3D printing can be used to produce finished products, or create functional prototypes, look-see samples and concept models.

Formtronics specialises in SLA Resin and FFF/FDM Filament Printing processes. We print from 25-micron layers for fine detail up to 100-160-micron layers for lower-res faster builds. We never use one-click-print and always expertly optimise build orientation & support structure design, ensuring to protect priority “A” surfaces and features.

Each build is machine rinsed, machine UV post-cured and hand finished with detailed attention.

The price is dependent on process, duration, size, material, resolution & quantity. Once we have your Mesh / CAD Model and requirements, we can offer material selection and design for manufacture DFM advice.
