Formtronics specialises in structured Light 3D Scanning processes from freeform handheld scanning for larger items to turntable capture for fine detailed smaller objects.

We offer full-colour and texture geometry, with marker free options. We can use mesh editing to export watertight files in STL/OBJ and other formats or reverse engineering to converts data to solid / surface CAD models in IGS/STP and other files formats.

Available is the option to have your scan transformed into a real part using our 3D printing service.

Prices for scanning are dependent on size, resolution, and quantity, but range from £350 for 3.5h to £600 for 7h. Please request a quote for an accurate price.
